- When entering the number of leaders at a Club or Campaigner event, it should include both staff and volunteer leaders.
- There should never be a 0 entered for Club or Campaigners; instead, this should be entered as “No Event”.
- Need more reminders? How to Enter Core Ministry Counts and Core Ministry Impact Overview are great places to start.
NEW- Max KKBN
What: A measure for U.S. Staff to show the highest number of kids known by name during the ministry year.
Why it’s helpful: This will show you your clubs highest point of kids known by name over the course of a ministry year. Scenario: Sophie leads at WnL in Arlington for 4 years, she knows 200 kids but stops leading in January of this year. Although her 200 kids won’t be counted in KNBN going forward, her area will still reflect her kids in their Max KKBN stat on the CMI dashboard.
When to use it: This is great for donor communications (hello, year end!), measuring a ministries goals, or showing growth year to year.
