As high school seniors are finalizing college plans, and college seniors are applying for jobs. This is a critical window to help them get connected to Young Life where they’re headed next—and we can’t do it without your help.

This process has been the most effective and proven way we’ve found to collect complete and usable post-graduation information for both high school and college seniors.

Please take 2 minutes right now to help us by doing these four things:

Over the past five years, this approach has consistently produced more complete and more actionable data than what we receive locally or from summer camp—especially from college graduates, who are often the hardest group to track.

The form includes every college in VA, WV, DC, PA, NJ, NY, and DE, and we share this information with Young Life alumni and friends.

If we’re willing to put in a small amount of effort now, this can have a significant impact on how well we care for seniors as they transition.
