The U.S. Field username update is 100% complete, and user logins are working normally. Please begin using your updated username.
- Core Systems Updated: All U.S. Field usernames have been successfully updated across Google Workspace, YLGlobal, and Moodle.
- Webconnex (WCX): Active logins are succeeding, with roughly 20 account matching discrepancies currently under review (no user login errors reported).
Watch for updates: We’ll continue updating the Google Workspace Project Status page with the latest information throughout the update, and U.S. Field staff will receive a confirmation email once the update is completed.
What this means for you:
- Please begin using your updated username on Salesforce and Webconnex.
- You should have received an email from the Help Desk with the subject “Log in with your new Salesforce username”
- You may need to log out and then log back in with your new username.
- Your password should have remained the same.
- Your new email is not yet active for google workplace/email! Just Salesforce and Webconnex.
